Three ways down the hill.
Whichever way you come off the range, you are aiming for Smith Street, one block back from the Esplanade.
From Buderim village
Head down Buderim–Mooloolaba Road, continue through Kawana Way onto Brisbane Road, then turn towards the Esplanade and into Smith Street. Roughly ten minutes, a little longer between 3pm and 4pm on school days.
From upper Buderim or Sippy Downs
Take Sippy Downs Drive to the Motorway, exit at Mooloolaba and follow Brisbane Road in. About the same door to door, and easier if you are coming from the university end.
Coming from work in Maroochydore
Straight down Alexandra Parade along the coast. Handy if you are booking a late-afternoon appointment on your way home — the clinic runs to 7:00pm on weeknights.
Straight answer
Why isn't there a Buderim clinic?
Because the equipment does not move. The digital X-ray suite, the rehabilitation space and the physiotherapy team all live at Mooloolaba, and splitting them across two smaller rooms would make the care worse, not more convenient.
So we are honest about it: you drive ten minutes, and in exchange you get everything in one building instead of a referral to somewhere else.
The other clinic
Absolute Health also runs a clinic at 42 Howard Street, Nambour — better placed if you work in the hinterland.
