First visit
What actually happens on the day.
Allow about forty-five minutes for a first appointment. You will not be adjusted before you have been examined, and you will not leave without knowing what we found.
What to bring
- Your private health fund card — HICAPS is on site
- Any recent scans, plus the written report if you have it
- A list of medications
- Clothes you can move in, so we can assess properly
Step by step
Four parts, in order.
Skip the examination and you are guessing. Skip the explanation and you have no idea what you agreed to.
Consultation
A conversation about the problem: when it started, what aggravates it, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to doing.
Examination
Movement, orthopaedic and neurological testing, palpation and posture. This is the part that turns a complaint into a diagnosis.
Imaging if it is warranted
Low-dose digital X-ray on site, taken and reviewed in the same visit when the findings call for it. Not everyone needs one, and we will explain why if you do.
Findings and a plan
What we found, what it means, what we propose, and roughly how long it should take. Where it is appropriate, treatment starts on the same visit.

Questions before you book?
Costs, health funds, whether your particular problem is worth an appointment at all — send it through and someone from the clinic will come back to you.
- We reply the same business day
